RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURN REQUEST

To facilitate the processing of their request, Customers are asked to submit their return request using the return form available on the Website or to contact customer service at the following email address: hello@kinetikadrenalink.com.

This procedure simplifies the return process without preventing the Customer from exercising their legal rights.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer has fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for their decision.

If the order includes multiple Products that are delivered separately, the delivery period begins upon receipt of the last Product.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify us of their decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement expressing their intention to withdraw. To facilitate the processing of their request, the Customer is encouraged to submit their request via email to the following address: hello@kinetikadrenalink.com.

The Customer must then return the relevant Product(s) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying the Company of their decision to cancel.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs if they exercise their right of withdrawal.

KINETIK SPORT will cover the return shipping costs if the delivered Product is defective, damaged, or different from the Product ordered.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Products must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold.

The Customer is liable for any depreciation of the Products resulting from handling other than that necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.

To facilitate the return process, the Customer is asked to return the Products along with their original accessories, instructions, packaging, and labels, if still in their possession.

PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised, in particular, for:
- Products made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
- Sealed Products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection once they have been unsealed after delivery.

These exclusions do not prevent the Customer from exercising their rights under the statutory warranty of conformity or the warranty against hidden defects.

REFUND

In the event of a valid withdrawal, KINETIK SPORT will refund the Customer for all amounts paid, including the initial standard shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which KINETIK SPORT is notified of the Customer’s decision to withdraw.

KINETIK SPORT may withhold the refund until the Product(s) has/have been returned, or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the Product(s), whichever occurs first.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method the Customer used for the original transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different refund method and provided that such refund does not incur any costs for the Customer.

FREE PRODUCTS AND PRIZE PACKS

If the Customer received a free gift that was contingent on the order amount, that gift must also be returned if the partial or full return of the order results in the loss of the benefit of the offer.

If the product is not returned, the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect the value of the product you have kept.

If the order consists of a set or bundle of Products sold together, a full refund for the set or bundle requires the return of all items included in that set or bundle.

DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING ITEMS

If the Customer finds that a Product is defective, non-compliant, damaged, or different from the Product ordered, they are asked to contact customer service at the following address: hello@kinetikadrenalink.com.

The Customer is asked to provide any relevant information that will help identify the order and describe the defect found.

The Products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity provided for in Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code, as well as by the statutory warranty against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

In the event of a confirmed lack of conformity or a recognized hidden defect, KINETIK SPORT will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

PURCHASES MADE ON THE WEBSITE

KINETIK SPORT handles returns for purchases made on the website www.kinetikadrenalink.com.

For Products purchased from a retailer or partner store, the Customer is asked to contact the relevant point of sale.
