France:
- Free delivery to Mondial Relay points for all orders over €100
- Delivery to a Mondial Relay point in 2 to 3 days: €5.95 for orders under €100.
- Colissimo home delivery 48/72h: €7.95 for orders under €100.
- Colissimo home delivery 48/72h: €2.95 for orders over €100 and under €150.
- Free Colissimo 48/72h home delivery for orders over €150.
- Colissimo home delivery in 48/72 hours with signature included for orders over €200.
- Delivery Express 24h Chronopost €15.
- Personalized products delivered in 5-6 weeks for €6.95.
Europe:
- Home delivery in 3 to 4 days €9.95
- Personalized products delivered in 5-6 weeks for €6.95.
DOM TOM:
- Home delivery in 5 to 7 days for €14.95
- Personalized products delivered in 4-8 weeks for €14.95.
International :
- Standard Worldwide Delivery 4 to 8 days for €30
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
ATTENTION
If you wish to be refunded for the entire bag, remember to tick the two flasks that were delivered with it when you request a return.
If this information is not provided, the flasks will be considered as kept and charged at the unit price. In this case, the refund will only cover the bag, not the flasks.
If you received a free product, which was conditional on the amount of your order, this product must also be returned in the event of a partial or full return. Otherwise, the refund amount will be adjusted proportionally to the value of the product you kept.
RETURN REQUEST HERE
Returns accepted within 14 days
Under French law, you have fourteen days from the date of receipt of your package to submit your return request and mail your package. This period does not include the time it takes for your return to reach us.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We urge you to handle the items with care to avoid any damage if you are not yet certain you wish to keep them. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Returns will not be accepted after this period.
Returned items (excluding personalized products) may be subject to:
- exchange: if your item is defective, subject to availability.
- of a refund. The refund is only issued to the account of the person who made the payment.
Returned products must be authorized by our customer service department and must be brand new, in their original packaging (product tags, polybag). All products are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, flasks, and glasses cannot be returned. Free flasks are not covered by a warranty. Free products are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Kinetik will only accept returns of purchases made on the website www.kinetikadrenalink.com . Similarly, Kinetik stores and resellers will not accept any returns of products purchased from the online shop.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized orders. For personalized products, the delivery time is on average 4 to 8 weeks (give or take).
The refund will be made at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which Kinetik is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw (Subject to the proper receipt of the return package at our warehouse).
Personalized products cannot be returned.
My item is defective
If, despite our best efforts, your item is defective, please contact us by email at hello@kinetikadrenalink.com and our team will find a solution.
Once you have opened a customer service ticket, you have 14 days to return the product for an exchange or credit.
