Preparation: Start by removing the tip covers.

Setup: Hold the cord and let the sections of the pole drop so they connect on their own.

Locking: Pull the cord until the pre-tied knot appears, then place the knot into the inner groove to lock the pole in place.

Finishing touches: Insert the cap with the "M" logo facing forward.

Performance: Always use the poles in pairs for optimal performance.

Storage: Store the poles in a dry place with the tips closed.

Care: Gloves should be hand-washed with a mild detergent; do not tumble dry.

Glove attachment system: To attach the glove, slide the clip down through the spring at the back of the handle. To remove it, pull the glove up and forward.
