Preparation: Remove the protective caps from the tips before you begin.

Setup: Let the sections drop into place and connect by simply holding the cord.

Locking: Pull the cord up to the knot, then secure it outside the groove to lock the structure in place.

Finishing touch: Insert the cap into the black top section.

Recommended use: Always use your poles in pairs.

Storage: Make sure the pole is dry before storing it folded.

Folding: To close it, simply untie the knot and fold the sections back.

Quick calculation:

Formula: Your height (cm) × 0.67.
Visual cue: Your elbow should form a 90-degree angle when you hold the pole.
Note: If you're unsure which size to choose, go with the smaller one to make climbing easier.
