Setup and Assembly

Préparation : Retirez les protections des embouts.

Déploiement : Tenez le cordon et laissez les sections du bâton tomber et se connecter.

Verrouillage : Tirez le cordon jusqu'à l'apparition du nœud pré-installé. Placez le nœud à l'extérieur de la rainure pour verrouiller le bâton.

Finition : Insérez le bouchon dans la partie supérieure noire.

Care and Usage Instructions

Performance : Ces bâtons doivent impérativement être utilisés par paire pour une efficacité optimale.

Stockage : Rangez votre bâton sec et plié.

Fermeture : Pour replier le bâton, décrochez le nœud et refermez les 3 ou 4 sections.

Quick calculation:

Formula: Your height (cm) × 0.67.
Visual cue: Your elbow should form a 90-degree angle when you hold the pole.
Note: If you're unsure which size to choose, go with the smaller one to make climbing easier.
