Return possible within 14 days
Under French law, you have fourteen days from the date of receipt of your package to make your return request and post your package. This deadline does not include the time taken to transport your return to us.
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer in full.
We invite you to be particularly vigilant with the items, in order to avoid any damage, if you are not yet sure whether you want to keep them. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted.
Returned items (excluding personalized products) may be subject to:
- an exchange: if your item is defective subject to availability.
- of a refund. Reimbursement is only made to the account of the person who made the payment.
Returned products must be authorized by our customer service and must be definitely new, in their original packaging (product labels, polybag). All products are inspected upon receipt in our warehouse. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, underwear, flasks and glasses cannot be returned. The flasks offered are not subject to a guarantee. The products offered are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Kinetik will only accept returns on purchases made on the website www.kinetikadrenalink.com . Likewise, Kinetik stores and resellers will not accept any returns of products purchased on the e-shop.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized orders. For personalized products the delivery time is on average 4 to 8 weeks (+ or -).
Reimbursement is made no later than fourteen days from the date on which Kinetik will be informed of the customer's decision to withdraw (Subject to receipt of the return package at our warehouse).
My item is defective
If, despite all our efforts, your item presents a defect, we invite you to contact us by e-mail at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org our team will find a solution
When opening the after-sales service ticket, you have 14 days to return the product to obtain an exchange or credit.
