MARGAUX GUILLAUME
LOCATION: PLEUBIAN
A former elite canoe slalom athlete, Margaux discovered trail running in 2021 after retiring from her sport—a discipline she had already been practicing during her mountain training camps to build her endurance. Since then, she has found her niche on Alpine trails and the GR 34, with a victory at the 2025 Challenge Ouest Trail Tour as a notable highlight. This season, she’s aiming for the 90 km Mont-Blanc race.
As a massage therapist, physical therapist, and yoga instructor, Margaux places health, sharing, teaching, and authenticity at the heart of her journey. Her fondest memory remains a nighttime ascent of the TDS, carried along by the unique atmosphere among the runners and the mountains.
Joining the Kinetik Factory represents an opportunity for her to continue growing as part of a team, while proudly representing the colors of Brittany.
LÉO DANES
LOCATION: BREST
Léo was introduced to trail running in 2012 at a local event; he initially took up the sport occasionally before committing to it more seriously starting in 2025. A former cyclist, he particularly enjoys technical terrain as well as courses that offer stunning scenery, whether by the sea or in the mountains. Among his standout performances, he highlights this year’s Locronan-Quimper road half-marathon, while his next major goal will be the Ultra-Marin.
Outside of sports, Léo is transitioning into a career in the composites industry and also works as a contractor for ASO. Persevering and demanding of himself, he has a vivid memory of a trail run in New Caledonia—an experience where the scenery made him forget the effort.
His arrival at Kinetik Factory represents an opportunity to develop his skills alongside experienced drivers, benefit from a supportive environment, and share his passion with the team
GUENAEL OLIVIERO
LOCATION: QUIMPERLÉ
A trail running enthusiast for nearly four years, Guenael was introduced to the sport through a trail running club in Central Brittany—an experience that quickly sparked his passion for ultra-running and long-distance endurance. Today, he finds his playground on the coastal trails of Brittany, with a second-place finish at Guerlédan standing out as one of his finest performances. This season, his main goal was precisely that race, as well as qualifying for the French Long-Distance Trail Championships—a challenge he successfully met.
A fisherman who previously served for seven years as a non-commissioned officer in the French Navy, Guenael embodies strong values: discipline, generosity, and the ability to never give up. His fondest memory remains his time in Guerlédan, where the exceptional home-crowd atmosphere pushed him to exceed his limits.
Joining Kinetik Factory represents an opportunity for him to become part of a team that shares his values and to proudly represent Brittany.
MATHIEU HUBERT
LOCATION: PACÉ
Mathieu discovered running in late 2014 with his first 10K race in Domloup, an adventure he initially embarked on to improve his cardiovascular fitness for spearfishing. Over the years, running has taken on an increasingly important role in his daily life, eventually becoming a true passion. Today, he finds his playground on the trails of Brittany and the GR 34, and he takes great pride in his title as Brittany Marathon Champion, which he won in 2024 with a time of 2:22.
As a manager at an SME specializing in the manufacture of hoses for demanding industrial sectors, Mathieu finds in his daily athletic routine the same values he upholds in his professional life: discipline, a systematic approach, and a constant drive to improve. His most memorable achievement remains his victory in the Trail du Bout du Monde, a symbolic moment after ten years of training and dedication.
JONAS THE MAOUT
LOCATION: Bourbriac
Jonas discovered running after he quit soccer, starting out as just a casual weekend runner before fully committing to trail running in 2023. Having always been used to running in nature, he now finds his ideal playground in the mountains, as well as on the trails of Brittany around Guerlédan or along the GR near Plouha.
Among his most memorable experiences, he singles out his first 80-kilometer mountain race in Andorra—a race marked by exceptional scenery and the chance to rub shoulders with a field of elite runners.
Outside of sports, Jonas works at a community center as a youth counselor. Passionate and driven by a desire to share, he places great importance on kindness and shared emotions. For him, his fondest running memories are those shared with his loved ones—especially their smiles and pride at the finish line.
FABIEN TREFFLÉAN
Fabien has been training systematically for trail running for five years, after discovering the sport out of curiosity during a local race. Quickly drawn to the variety of trails and the intensity of the effort, he now finds his favorite playground on the GR 34, a route that reflects his love of diverse landscapes and challenges. Among his greatest achievements, he highlights his podium finishes in the various stages of the Ouest Trail Tour as well as his UTMA, a race that was a particular physical triumph.
As the manager of an industrial facility in the agri-food sector, Fabien places commitment, humility, and respect at the heart of his career, both in his professional and athletic life.
His fondest memory remains his Ultra Marin race in 2022, where he took second place after a remarkable comeback—a moment made all the more special because he was able to share it with his loved ones.
