SHIPPING POLICY

The delivery times listed below are estimates starting from the date the order is shipped, excluding any time required for order preparation, manufacturing, or customization.

Shipping costs are displayed to the Customer before the order is finalized. They may vary depending on the shipping address, the selected carrier, the total order amount, and the type of Products ordered.

METROPOLITAN FRANCE

Delivery to a Mondial Relay pickup point:
- free for orders of €100 or more;
- €6 for orders under €100;
- estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days after shipment.

Colissimo Home Delivery:
- €8 for orders under €100;
- estimated delivery time: 48 to 72 hours after shipment.

Colissimo home delivery with signature:
- €10 for orders under €100;
- €8 for orders of €100 or more but less than €200;
- free for orders of €200 or more;
- estimated delivery time: 48 to 72 hours after shipment.

Chronopost Express Delivery:
- €15;
- estimated delivery time: 24 hours after shipment.

Custom products:
- estimated production and delivery time: up to 3 weeks;
- shipping cost: €7.

EUROPE

Home delivery:
- €9.95;
- estimated delivery time: 3 to 4 business days after shipment.

Custom products:
- estimated production and delivery time: up to 3 weeks;
- shipping cost: €7.

DROM-COM

Home delivery:
- €14.95;
- estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 business days after shipment.

Custom products:
- estimated production and delivery time: 4 to 8 weeks;
- shipping cost: €14.95.

INTERNATIONAL

Standard Worldwide Shipping:
- €30;
- estimated delivery time: 4 to 8 business days after shipment.

Any customs duties, local taxes, import fees, or other charges applicable to deliveries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the Customer.

PRE-ORDERS AND CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

If an order contains one or more pre-ordered or customized Products, the delivery time will take into account the manufacturing or lead time indicated on the Product page or at the time of ordering.

If an order contains both in-stock Products and pre-ordered or customized Products, KINETIK may ship the order in a single shipment once all Products are available, unless otherwise specified to the Customer.

RETURNS

Consumer Customers have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with the terms set forth in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal, unless the delivered Product is nonconforming, damaged, or different from the Product ordered.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, Products made to the Customer’s specifications or that are significantly personalized are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

This exclusion does not prevent the Customer from exercising his or her rights under the statutory warranty of conformity or the warranty against hidden defects.
