Customer Review Management and Moderation Policy

1. Verification and Moderation

Reviews posted on our site are manually moderated before they go live.
The purpose of this review is to ensure that the content complies with our posting rules:

- Courtesy and respect for others

- No offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or promotional content

- Relevance to the product or service being evaluated

- Verifiable purchasing experience

2. Publication

All reviews that comply with the above rules, whether positive or negative, are published without any changes to their content.
Reviews may be rejected if they:

- Contain offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language

- Are not directly related to the product or service being evaluated

- Are incomprehensible or devoid of content

- Come from a person whose shopping history cannot be verified

- Raise reasonable doubt regarding the proper use or care of the product, such as when it is used in a manner inconsistent with the recommendations, washed or dried at an inappropriate temperature, or subjected to any other treatment that could damage the product in a way not attributable to its original quality

3. Publication Deadlines and Display Periods for Notices

Approval notices are published within a maximum of 15 days after they are filed (usually within 72 hours).
They are retained and posted for a maximum of 3 years from the date of publication.

4. Review Rankings

By default, reviews are displayed in chronological order, from newest to oldest.
No reviews receive preferential treatment.

5. Consideration

No compensation (discount, gift, benefit, or payment) is offered in exchange for writing a review.
