Customer review management and moderation policy

1. Verification and moderation

Reviews published on our site are subject to manual moderation before being posted online.
This verification is intended to ensure that the content complies with our publication rules:

- Courtesy and respect for others

- Absence of offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or advertising comments

- Relevance to the product or service being evaluated

- Verifiable shopping experience

2. Publication

All reviews that comply with the above rules, whether positive or negative, are published without modification of their content.
Reviews may be rejected if they:

- Contain offensive, insulting or discriminatory remarks

- Are not directly linked to the product or service being evaluated

- Are incomprehensible or empty of content

- Come from a person whose purchasing experience cannot be verified

- Present a reasonable doubt about the proper use or maintenance of the product, for example in the event of use not in accordance with the recommendations, washing or drying at an unsuitable temperature, or any other treatment likely to alter the product in a way not attributable to its original quality

3. Publication deadlines and duration of display of notices

Compliant opinions are published within a maximum of 15 days after their submission (generally within 72 hours).
They are kept and displayed for a maximum period of 3 years from their publication.

4. Rating of reviews

By default, reviews are displayed in chronological order, from most recent to oldest.
No preferential treatment is given to certain opinions.

5. Counterpart

No compensation (discount, gift, benefit, remuneration) is offered in exchange for writing a review.
