Customer review management and moderation policy

1. Verification and moderation

Reviews published on our site are manually moderated before being posted online.
This verification is intended to ensure that the content complies with our publication rules:

- Courtesy and respect for others

- No insulting, discriminatory, defamatory, or advertising-related remarks

- Relevance to the product or service being reviewed

- Verifiable purchase experience

2. Publication

All reviews that comply with the above rules, whether positive or negative, are published without modifying their content.
Reviews may be refused if they:

- Contain offensive, insulting, or discriminatory remarks

- Have no direct connection with the product or service being reviewed

- Are incomprehensible or contain no substantive content

- Come from a person whose purchase experience cannot be verified

- Raise reasonable doubts about the proper use or care of the product, for example in cases of use contrary to the recommendations, washing or drying at an unsuitable temperature, or any other treatment likely to alter the product in a way not attributable to its original quality

3. Review publication times and display duration

Compliant reviews are published within a maximum of 15 days after submission (generally within 72 hours).
They are retained and displayed for a maximum period of 3 years from the date of publication.

4. Review ranking

By default, reviews are displayed in chronological order, from most recent to oldest.
No preferential treatment is given to certain reviews.

5. Benefit

Submitting a review may result in the award of loyalty points as part of the Kinetik Club program (15 points for a review, 15 additional points for adding a photo), which can be converted into discount vouchers. This benefit is granted for any review that complies with the publication rules set out in section 1, whether positive or negative, regardless of its rating. It is neither conditional on a favorable assessment of the product nor proportional to it, and therefore has no impact on the content, rating, or sincerity of published reviews.
