SHIPPING POLICY
France:
- Free delivery to Mondial Relay pickup points for all orders over €100
- Mondial Relay pickup point delivery 2 to 3 days: €6 for orders under €100.
- Colissimo home delivery 48/72h: €8 for orders under €100.
- Colissimo home delivery 48/72h with signature: €10 for orders under €100.
- Colissimo home delivery 48/72h with signature: €8 for orders over €100 and under €200.
- Free Colissimo home delivery 48/72h with signature for orders over €200.
- Chronopost Express 24h delivery €15.
- Personalized products delivery in 5-6 weeks at €7.
Europe:
- Home delivery in 3 to 4 days €10
- Personalized products delivery in 5-6 weeks for €7.
French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM TOM):
- Home delivery in 5 to 7 days for €15
- Personalized products delivery in 4-8 weeks for €15.
International:
- Standard Worldwide delivery 4 to 8 days for €30
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
ATTENTION
If you wish to be refunded for the entire bag, do not forget to check the two flasks that were delivered with it when you make your return request.
Without this indication, the flasks will be considered as kept and will be charged at their unit price. In this case, the refund will only concern the bag, and not the flasks.
If you benefited from a free product, conditional on the amount of your order, it must also be returned in the event of a partial or total return. Otherwise, the refund amount will be adjusted proportionally to the value of the retained product.
RETURN REQUEST HERE
Returns possible within 14 days
In accordance with French law, you have fourteen days from the date of receipt of your package to make your return request and post your package. This period does not include the transit time for your return to us.
Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer's expense.
We ask you to be particularly careful with the items to avoid any damage, if you are not yet sure whether you want to keep them. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
After this period, returns will not be accepted.
Returned items (excluding personalized products) may be subject to:
- an exchange: if your item is defective, subject to its availability.
- a refund. Refunds are only made to the account of the person who made the payment.
Returned products must be authorized by our customer service and must be brand new, in their original packaging (product labels, polybag). All products are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, headbands, scrunchies, flasks, and glasses cannot be returned. Free flasks are not covered by a warranty. Free products are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Kinetik will only accept returns of purchases made on the website www.kinetikadrenalink.com. Similarly, Kinetik stores and resellers will not accept any returns of products purchased from the e-shop.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized orders. For personalized products, the delivery time is on average 4 to 8 weeks (+ or -).
The refund will be made at the latest within fourteen days from the date Kinetik is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw (Subject to the successful receipt of the return package at our warehouse).
Personalized products cannot be returned.
My item is defective
If, despite all our efforts, your item has a defect, please contact us by email at the following address: hello@kinetikadrenalink.com, our team will find a solution.
Upon opening the customer service ticket, you have 14 days to return the product for an exchange or credit.
