SHIPPING POLICY
France:
- Free delivery to Mondial Relay pickup locations for all orders over €100
- Delivery to a Mondial Relay pickup location in 2 to 3 days: €6 for orders under €100.
- Colissimo 48/72-hour home delivery: €8 for orders under €100.
- Colissimo 48/72-hour home delivery with signature required: €10 for orders under €100.
- Colissimo 48/72-hour home delivery with signature required: €8 for orders over €100 and under €200.
- L Free Colissimo home delivery within 48–72 hours with signature required on orders of €200 or more.
- Delivery Chronopost 24-Hour Express: €15.
- Custom products: delivery in 5–6 weeks for €7.
Europe:
- Home delivery in3 to 4 days: €10
- Custom products: delivery in 5–6 weeks for €7.
Overseas Territories:
- Home delivery in 5 to 7 days for €15
- Custom products: delivery in 4–8 weeks for €15.
International:
- Standard Worldwide Shipping: 4 to 8 days for €30
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
WARNING
If you would like a refund for the entire bag, be sure to check the two flasks that were included with your delivery when you submit your return request.
If you do not indicate this, the flasks will be considered retained and billed at the unit price. In this case, the refund will apply only to the bag, not the flasks.
If you received a free item that was contingent on the total amount of your order, that item must also be returned in the event of a partial or full return. Otherwise, the refund amount will be adjusted proportionally based on the value of the item you keep.
REQUEST A RETURN HERE
Returns accepted within 14 days
Under French law, vYou have fourteen days from the date you receive your package to submit your return request and mail your package. This period does not include the time it takes for your return to reach us.
The customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping.
We ask that you take special care with the items to prevent any damage if you are not yet sure whether you want to keep them. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Returns will not be accepted after this deadline.
Returned items (excluding personalized products) may be subject to:
- an exchange: if your item is defective, subject to availability.
- a refund. Refunds are issued only to the account of the person who made the payment.
Returned products must be authorized by our customer service department and must be brand new, in their original packaging (product tags, polybag). All products are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, headbands, scrunchie, flasks, and glasses cannot be returned. Free flasks are not covered by a warranty. Free products are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Kinetik returns for purchases made on the www.kinetikadrenalink.com website. Similarly, Kinetik stores and retailers Kinetik returns for products purchased from the online store.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to custom orders. For custom products, the delivery time is typically 4 to 8 weeks (give or take).
The refund will be issued no later than fourteen days from the date Kinetik notified of the customer’s decision to cancel the order (subject to the return package being received at our warehouse).
Personalized products cannot be returned.
My item is defective
If, despite our best efforts, your item is defective, please contact us by email at the following address: hello@kinetikadrenalink.com. Our team will find a solution.
Once you open a customer service ticket, you have 14 daystoreturn the product for an exchange or credit.
