CONTEST RULES

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZING COMPANY

KINETIK , a single-member limited liability company (EURL) with a capital of 7,500 euros, registered with the Saint-Brieuc Trade and Companies Register under number 809 504 848, with its principal place of business located at:

9 rue Pierre de Coubertin
, 22520 Binic-Étables-sur-Mer

hereinafter referred to as “the Organizing Company,” is organizing a contest with a purchase requirement titled:

"Win a BXT Carbon Gravel Bike with KINETIK

These rules set forth the conditions under which participants may enter the contest, as well as the procedures for selecting the winner and awarding the prize.

Participation in the contest implies full, complete, and unconditional acceptance of these rules.


ARTICLE 2 – DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these regulations, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

Participant
Any individual who meets the requirements set forth in these regulations.
Eligible Order
A single order totaling at least €100 (including tax), placed on the official KINETIK website KINETIK paid in full.
Website

Game
The "Win a BXT Carbon Gravel Bike with KINETIK Contest KINETIK
Lot
The bicycle described in Article 8.

ARTICLE 3 – TERM

The contest runs from Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. to Monday, August 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time).

Any entry submitted before or after this period will be automatically rejected.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to change these dates if necessary, in accordance with Article 14.


ARTICLE 4 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

The contest is open exclusively to individuals:

  • major;
  • who have full legal capacity;
  • residing in metropolitan France.

The following are excluded from participation:

  • the employees of KINETIK ;
  • their spouses;
  • their ancestors;
  • their descendants;
  • any person who participated directly or indirectly in the organization of the game (service providers, technical partners, judicial officer, etc.).

Only one entry is allowed:

  • per person;
  • by email;
  • by phone number;
  • by tax household or mailing address.

The Organizing Company may request any supporting documentation necessary to verify these conditions. Any false statement will result in the immediate cancellation of participation.


ARTICLE 5 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation is limited to purchases made during the contest period.

Any order is considered eligible if:

  • conducted on www.kinetikadrenalink.com;
  • for a minimum amount of 100 € including tax;
  • paid in full;
  • not canceled;
  • not reimbursed;
  • not subject to any payment dispute.

The €100 threshold must be met in a single order. Combining multiple orders is expressly prohibited.

Each participant is eligible for only one entry in the drawing, regardless of the number of eligible orders placed.

If there are multiple entries from the same person or household, only the first validly recorded entry will be accepted.

By placing an order, you fully and unconditionally agree to these terms and conditions.


ARTICLE 6 – MONITORING OF EQUITY INTERESTS AND ANTI-FRAUD MEASURES

The Organizing Company reserves the right to conduct any verification it deems necessary to ensure compliance with the provisions of these rules.

In particular, it may request any supporting documentation needed to verify:

  • the participant's identity;
  • his age;
  • his home;
  • the actual order that was filled;
  • the actual settlement of the claim.

Any entry containing inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information will be declared invalid.

The Organizing Company also reserves the right to exclude any person who attempts to disrupt the normal operation of the contest, including by:

  • the creation of multiple customer accounts;
  • the use of multiple email addresses;
  • the use of multiple identities;
  • identity theft;
  • any attempt at computer or technical manipulation;
  • any payment fraud;
  • any maneuver intended to artificially increase the chances of winning.

Any fraud or attempted fraud will result in the immediate cancellation of the entry in question, without prejudice to any civil or criminal action that the Organizing Company may take.

Decisions made by the Organizing Company as part of the process of verifying the validity of entries are supported by reasons and made in good faith.


ARTICLE 7 – RANDOM DRAW AND SELECTION OF THE WINNER

The drawing will take place on September 15, 2026, fifteen (15) calendar days after the contest closes.

It will be conducted under the supervision of a judicial officer, who will verify that the random drawing is conducted properly and that the winner is eligible.

The drawing will be conducted from among all validly registered entries that have not been canceled as of the date of the drawing.

One grand prize winner and several alternate winners may be selected.

The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within a maximum of five (5) business days following the drawing.

The winner will have fifteen (15) calendar days to confirm acceptance of the prize and, if necessary, provide the information required for its delivery.

If no response is received within this time frame, or if the winner cannot be reached despite several reasonable attempts, the winner will be deemed to have permanently forfeited the prize.

The prize will then be awarded to the first alternate winner, and then, if necessary, to the subsequent alternates, following the same procedure.

No prize may be claimed by a winner who has not responded by the deadline.


ARTICLE 8 – PRIZE ON OFFER

The game offers the following prize:

One (1) BXT Carbon Gravel Bike

Estimated retail price: €4,500, including tax (this amount corresponds to the manufacturer's suggested retail price as of the date these rules were drafted).

The prize is strictly personal. It is:

  • non-transferable;
  • non-exchangeable;
  • non-refundable;
  • Non-divisible.

No financial compensation or benefit of any kind may be requested in lieu of the prize.

The photograph used in our communications materials is provided for illustrative purposes only and has no contractual value.

In the event that a prize becomes permanently unavailable for reasons beyond the Organizing Company’s control, the Organizing Company may replace it with a prize of equivalent or superior value, and such substitution shall not give rise to any dispute.


ARTICLE 9 – DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE – TRANSFER OF RISK – LIABILITY

The prize will be shipped to the winner's home address or delivered in person, at the Organizing Company's expense, after the winner's identity has been verified.

Ownership and risk are transferred upon actual delivery of the bicycle to the winner or to any person authorized by the winner.

Upon receipt of the bicycle, the winner assumes sole responsibility for its safekeeping, maintenance, use, and all risks associated with it.

In particular, it is responsible for:

  • to check that the bicycle is in good condition upon receipt;
  • to follow the manufacturer's recommendations;
  • to ensure its regular maintenance;
  • to comply with all applicable traffic and safety rules.

The Organizing Company is neither the manufacturer, nor the importer, nor the professional distributor of the bicycle. Consequently, it does not provide any commercial warranty of its own for the equipment. Any applicable warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer or distributor, in accordance with the applicable legal and contractual provisions.

The Organizing Company shall not be held liable for:

  • a manufacturing defect;
  • a latent defect;
  • normal wear and tear;
  • due to a lack of maintenance;
  • due to misuse;
  • a modification made by the winner;
  • a case;
  • of a flight;
  • a loss;
  • damage to the bicycle after it was returned.

Furthermore, the Organizing Company shall not be held liable for any damage—whether direct or indirect, property damage, non-property damage, or bodily injury—suffered by the winner or a third party in connection with the possession, transport, use, maintenance, or storage of the bicycle.

The winner remains solely responsible for the use of the prize and any consequences thereof. It is up to the winner, if he or she so chooses, to purchase any insurance appropriate for the use of the bicycle.

In the event of loss, destruction, or theft of the prize after it has been delivered, no replacement, compensation, or refund may be requested from the Organizing Company.


ARTICLE 10 – CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – REFUND

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, any order that has enabled participation in the contest remains subject to the consumer’s legal rights, including the right of withdrawal where applicable.

However, when an order that has resulted in a contribution is subject to:

  • a withdrawal;
  • a cancellation;
  • a full refund;
  • a partial refund that reduces the order total to below the threshold of one hundred euros (€100, including tax);
  • the return of one or more items with the same result;
  • an outstanding payment;
  • a bank rejection;
  • an objection to the payment;
  • or any payment fraud,

If the entry is not submitted by the date of the drawing, it will be automatically canceled.

If a refund is issued after the drawing and it turns out that the eligibility requirements were no longer met as of the date of the drawing, the Organizing Company may cancel the award of the prize and award it to the first alternate.


ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected as part of this contest is processed by KINETIK , acting as the data controller, exclusively for the following purposes:
• to record entries;
•    verifying their validity;
• organizing the random drawing;
• contacting the winner;
• awarding the prize;
• complying with the Organizing Company’s legal obligations. 


The data that may be collected includes, in particular:
• last name;
• first name;
• mailing address;
• email address;
• phone number;
• order information. The data is retained for the period strictly necessary to administer the contest and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, each participant has:
• the right of access;
• the right to rectification;
•    the right to erasure;
• the right to restriction of processing;
• the right to object where applicable;
• the right to data portability. 

These rights may be exercised by mail addressed to KINETIK ’s corporate headquarters or by email in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Privacy Policy available at: https://www.kinetikadrenalink.com/policies/privacy-policy.

Participants also have the right to file a complaint with the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL).


ARTICLE 12 – MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, OR CANCELLATION OF THE CONTEST

The Organizing Company reserves the right, if circumstances so require and subject to compliance with applicable regulations, to amend these rules, extend or shorten the duration of the contest, postpone the drawing, temporarily suspend the contest, or cancel the promotion in whole or in part.

Such decisions may be made, in particular, in the event of: force majeure, a natural disaster, a pandemic, an administrative decision, a supplier failure, unavailability of the prize, a major technical incident, widespread fraud, or any other event beyond the Organizing Company’s control.

Any changes to the rules will be posted on the KINETIK website KINETIK will take effect as soon as they are posted online. Participants may not claim any compensation as a result of these changes.


ARTICLE 13 – LIABILITY OF THE ORGANIZING COMPANY

The Organizing Company is doing everything in its power to ensure that the contest runs smoothly.


However, the Company shall not be held liable, in particular, in the event of:
• Internet network malfunctions;
• computer system failures;
• server failures;
• interruptions in electronic communications;
• human or computer errors;
• hacking;
•    computer viruses;
• data loss;
• temporary unavailability of the website;
• delay or loss of mail or packages attributable to the postal service or the carrier;
• any circumstance beyond its control that has disrupted the normal course of the game.

The Organizing Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website for the entire duration of the contest.

It shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from participants' misuse of the website.



ARTICLE 14 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in this contest implies full, complete, and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

The rules are available for free viewing throughout the duration of the contest on the website: www.kinetikadrenalink.com

It may also be sent free of charge to anyone who submits a written request to the Organizing Company.

These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding the contest must be submitted in writing to the Organizing Company within thirty (30) days following the drawing.

No objections will be accepted after this deadline. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to reach an amicable resolution.

Participants acting as consumers are informed that they may seek assistance from a consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be brought before the French courts with territorial jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure and the Consumer Code.
