"I tested it on a 40km run. The pack fits well and stays secure; the water bottles don't rattle around. The pockets are pretty handy, though I did have a bit of trouble getting the full 500ml bottles back into the pockets during refueling stops (mine have flat bottoms, which doesn't help). Other than that, it's a super lightweight pack that you don't even notice you're wearing!"

"We chose the Kinetik MAXX Anthracite hydration pack after watching the product video, which stated, among other things, that it was compatible with the quiver. In reality, that’s not the case, which was a real disappointment. Furthermore, the straps used to secure the water bladders are much too long: they slip, don’t stay in place properly, and are very difficult to access for quick refills at aid stations. One even broke... It’s a shame, because the pack seemed well-designed at first, but the ergonomics and the advertised compatibility fall short."

"I'm extremely disappointed with this product because it doesn't match the description. The 500-ml bottles don't fit properly into the designated slots. I contacted customer service, thinking maybe there was a defect. They couldn't care less; they send generic, cookie-cutter emails that don't address my initial inquiry... Customer service is terrible. It's a disgrace. The image this brand wants to project is a far cry from the reality experienced by its customers."
"A very bad experience—one I won’t repeat. This was my last order from Kinetik. The product seems fine. The customer service, however, is extremely unsatisfactory. This new order, received on December 20, followed an initial order placed on September 1, 2024, which was never resolved to my satisfaction. All communication took place via email, and the responses were anything but concrete. I want to support local businesses, and Kinetik this as a selling point. Unfortunately, the company doesn’t act like it at all—it’s very distant from its customers. It’s really a shame."
