Before purchasing the K12,

"Before buying the K12, I contacted customer support to find out if the Salomon quiver could be attached to it. They confirmed that it could (screenshot provided). When I received it, there was nothing to attach the quiver with, and while there is a slot for the hydration bladder, there’s nothing to route the tube through!! Unfortunately, I’ve already cleaned the included mounting brackets, so I can’t return them. This means I’ll be charged for the unused hydration packs. We’re really disappointed."
