Preparation : Start by removing the tip protectors.

Deployment : Hold the cord and let the pole sections drop so they connect themselves.

Locking : Pull the cord until the pre-installed knot appears, then place this knot in the inner groove to lock the pole.

Finishing : Insert the cap with the « M » logo facing forward.

Performance : Always use the poles in pairs for the best performance.

Storage : Store the poles in a dry place and in the closed position.

Cleaning : Gloves must be hand-washed with a mild detergent; do not use a tumble dryer.

Glove system : To attach the glove, slide the clip downward through the spring at the back of the handle. To remove it, pull the glove upward and forward.

Quick calculation:

• Formula: Your height (cm) × 0.67.
• Visual check: Your elbow should form a 90° angle once the pole is in hand.
• Note: If you are hesitating between two sizes, choose the smaller one to make uphill sections easier.

• 155 – 165 cm : 105 cm

Terrain adjustment:

• Uphill: Shorten slightly for more leverage.
• Downhill: Lengthen for greater stability and balance.
