Preparation : Start by removing the tip protectors. Deployment : Hold the cord and let the pole sections drop and connect. Locking : Pull the cord until the pre-installed knot is visible. Place the knot outside the groove to secure the assembly. Safety : Close the Velcro strap before use.
Performance : Pair use is required for better performance. Storage : It is recommended to store the stick dry and folded. Closure : Untie the knot to close the 3 or 4 sections after use.

Visual check: Your elbow should form a 90° angle once the pole is in hand.
