Setup and Assembly

Preparation: Start by removing the tip protectors.
Deployment: Hold the cord and let the pole sections drop into place and connect.
Locking: Pull the cord until the pre-installed knot is visible. Position the knot outside the groove to secure the assembly.
Safety: Close the Velcro strap before use.

Care and Usage Tips

Performance: L in pairs is recommended for best performance.
Storage: It is recommended to store the pole in a dry place while folded.
Closure: Untie the knot to close the 3 or 4 sections after use.

Size Guide

Quick calculation:

Formula: Your height (cm) × 0.67.
Visual cue: Your elbow should form a 90° angle once you have the stick in your hand.
Note: If you're unsure which size to choose, go with the smaller one to make climbing easier.

Field adjustment:
