Preparation : Remove the tip protectors before starting.

Deployment : Let the sections fall and connect while simply holding the cord.

Locking : Pull the cord to the knot, then secure it to the outside of the groove to lock the structure.

Finishing : Insert the plug into the black upper section.

Recommended use : Always use your poles in pairs.

Storage : Make sure the pole is dry before storing it folded.

Folding : To close, simply undo the knot and fold the sections.

Quick calculation:

• Formula: Your height (cm) × 0.67.
• Visual check: Your elbow should form a 90° angle once the pole is in hand.
• Note: If you are hesitating between two sizes, choose the smaller one to make uphill sections easier.

• < 155 cm : 100 cm
• 155 – 165 cm : 105 cm
• 165 – 172 cm : 110 cm
• 172 – 178 cm : 115 cm
• 178 – 185 cm : 120 cm
• 185 – 192 cm : 125 cm
• > 192 cm : 130 cm

Terrain adjustment:

• Uphill: Shorten slightly for more leverage.
• Downhill: Lengthen for greater stability and balance.
