Setup and Assembly

Preparation: Remove the protective caps from the ends.

Deployment: Hold the cord and let the sections of the stick drop into place and connect.

Locking: Pull the cord until the pre-installed knot appears. Place the knot outside the groove to lock the stick.

Finishing: Insert the cap into the black top section.

Care and Usage Tips

Performance: These poles must be used in pairs for optimal effectiveness.

Storage: Store your walking stick in a dry place, folded up.

Closing: To fold up the pole, untie the knot and close the 3 or 4 sections.

Size Guide

Quick calculation:

Formula: Your height (cm) × 0.67.
Visual cue: Your elbow should form a 90° angle once you have the stick in your hand.
Note: If you're unsure which size to choose, go with the smaller one to make climbing easier.

Correspondence:

< 155 cm : 100 cm
155–165 cm: 105 cm
165–172 cm: 110 cm
172–178 cm: 115 cm
178–185 cm: 120 cm
185–192 cm: 125 cm
> 192 cm: 130 cm

Field adjustment:

Climbing: Shorten the stroke slightly for more leverage.
Downstroke: Extend your arms for greater stability and balance.
