Setup and Assembly

Preparation: Remove the protective caps from the ends.

Deployment: Hold the cord and let the sections of the stick drop and connect.

Locking: Pull the cord until the pre-installed knot appears. Place the knot outside the groove to lock the stick.

Finishing: Insert the cap into the black top section.

Care and Usage Instructions

Performance: These poles must be used in pairs for optimal effectiveness.

Storage: Store your pole in a dry place and keep it folded.

Closing: To fold the pole, untie the knot and close the 3 or 4 sections.

Size Guide

Quick calculation:

Formula: Your height (cm) × 0.67.
Visual cue: Your elbow should form a 90-degree angle when you hold the pole.
Note: If you're unsure which size to choose, go with the smaller one to make climbing easier.
