Skyrunner Ultra Race Day - Rose

Preparation : Remove the tip protectors.

Deployment : Hold the cord and let the pole sections drop and connect.

Locking : Pull the cord until the pre-installed knot appears. Place the knot outside the groove to lock the pole.

Finishing : Insert the plug into the black top section.

Performance : These poles must be used in pairs for optimal effectiveness.

Storage : Store your pole dry and folded.

Closing : To fold the pole, undo the knot and close the 3 or 4 sections.

Quick calculation:

• Formula: Your height (cm) × 0.67.
• Visual check: Your elbow should form a 90° angle once the pole is in hand.
• Note: If you are hesitating between two sizes, choose the smaller one to make uphill sections easier.

Correspondence:

• < 155 cm : 100 cm
• 155 – 165 cm : 105 cm
• 165 – 172 cm : 110 cm
• 172 – 178 cm : 115 cm
• 178 – 185 cm : 120 cm
• 185 – 192 cm : 125 cm
• > 192 cm : 130 cm

Terrain adjustment:

• Uphill: Shorten slightly for more leverage.
• Downhill: Lengthen for greater stability and balance.
